Our Company Tokyo Gas Real Estate Co., Ltd. is a group of professionals
that undertakes the real estate business of the Tokyo Gas Group.

We will contribute to community-based energy proposals and disaster-resistant urban development
through the property management, and aim to expand earnings in the Tokyo Gas Group's real estate business
while also promoting collaboration with the partners in the real estate industry.

Since our founding we have contributed to the local communities we are rooted in by providing comfortable rental property
for families and comfortable office space, in the central Tokyo area,
and through urban development in areas such as Toyosu and Tamachi.

We seek to expand our real estate business by steadily promoting the development of urban spaces
in Toyosu, Tamachi, and Gofukubashi, accelerating the development of our small- and medium-scale sites,
joint projects with business partners, acquiring new properties, and strengthening cooperation
within the Tokyo Gas Group to realize synergies with our energy business.
