“TOYOSU22" is a rezoning project with infrastructure services. As the owner of the land, we aim to create an urban design mixed use community comprising residential, office, and retail properties in a vast development area of approximately 18 hectares.

We are participating in this project as a member of the Yaesu 1-chome North Area Type 1 Urban Redevelopment Association. We will promote urban development that takes advantage of the waterfront space of the Nihonbashi River that runs along the north side of the city block, and contribute to the creation of a new lively atmosphere.

We are participating in this project as a member of the Higashi-Ikebukuro 1-chome Area Type 1 Urban Redevelopment Association. As the largest landowner, we will contribute to the development of the city in a way that contributes to the formation of an international art and culture city.
